We’d Like to Introduce Ourselves

About Eve

Many of my clients come to me with the desire to change or rid themselves of challenging symptoms or behaviors. Most of the time, these symptoms and behaviors started out as solutions, born out of necessity to survive an unsafe environment. Whether you’re experiencing relationship issues, struggling to set boundaries with family and friends, or feeling stuck in a cycle of depression and anxiety, we will work together to better understand and show compassion to the parts of you that feel hardest to embrace. As someone who identifies as neurodivergent and chronically ill, I understand the importance of affirming care. I believe it’s necessary to acknowledge the role that systemic oppression plays in trauma. I work with clients from all backgrounds to create a nonjudgmental therapeutic space using an integrative, trauma-informed approach. Together, we can create a safe space for you to explore who you are, learn more about how you’d like to navigate relationships, and work through past trauma.

I tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs, drawing from techniques such as Internal Family Systems/IFS, EMDR, and psychodynamic therapy. I received my BA in Psychology from DePaul University and my Master of Social Work from Dominican University. Creating a safe and affirming space is my priority; I embrace sex-positivity, body neutrality, and affirming diverse identities, including poly & kink, LGBTQIA+, and BIPOC communities.

“The new dawn blooms as we free it. There is always light, if only we are brave enough to see it. If only we are brave enough to be it.”
