We’d Like to Introduce Ourselves

About Cassie

The greatest gifts you can give yourself is healing and self-acceptance. Welcome, my name is Cassie. As a therapist, I view myself as a fellow traveler in your hero’s journey. You will be met with unconditional support, curiosity, safety, and compassion. Utilizing the therapeutic space to alchemize experiences into something magical and meaningful. Pulling from person-centered, narrative,  anti-oppression, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), humor, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), logotherapy, and existential theories to assist in processing our inner and outer world while designing a tool kit to align actions and values.  Not using treatment to dismiss  or ignore injustice we are exposed to. Learning ways  to “dance in the moonlight” in spite of the darkness.

My experience includes working in hospitals, community mental health, therapeutic day schools, and private practice. I worked with depression, grief and loss, religious trauma, neurodiversity, life transitions, anxiety, spiritual identity, and experiences related to one’s intersecting identities such as race, gender expression, and sexual orientation.   As a Queer therapist, I am dedicated to supporting my diverse community. Additionally, I practice from a sex positive, kink and poly affirming stance.  I’d love to chat with you by booking a brief consultation!

About me: I am a White culturally Polish and Irish, gender fluid, Pagan, neurodivergent person who enjoys traveling, cuddling with my cat Maggie, spell work, laughing with loved ones, and board games. As a spiritual practitioner, I utilize tarot, astrology, and ancestor work to foster meaning and hope in my own life.

“The new dawn blooms as we free it. There is always light, if only we are brave enough to see it. If only we are brave enough to be it.”
