    Accessibility information:

    • Parking: pay to park on Clark and surrounding areas

    • Step up into the building

    • No elevator - Chair lift attached to stairs - clinician has instructions on how to use the chairlift

    • Doors are not automatic/push button opening

    • Waiting room chair size: 17” width

    • Average width of doorways ~30”

    • Some therapists offices have a full couch

    • Individual gender neutral bathroom available in the suites

    • Parking: pay to Park on Belmont; permit only on adjacent neighborhood streets. Free street parking on W. Barry Ave one block south.

    • No elevator or lift to access 2nd floor.

    • Individual, full size gender neutral bathrooms available in suite with enough room for mobility aids.
