We’d Like to Introduce Ourselves

Meet Arielle

I am passionate about working with people whose life experience is shaped by feeling β€œdifferent” due to gender, sexuality, neurodivergence, or relationship structure. Many of my clients come to therapy to address social anxiety, people-pleasing, or fears of rejection. I support folks in developing their sense of self and feeling more secure in their relationships.

As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I incorporate attachment-based EMDR, IFS/parts work, and somatic therapy. These forms of therapy work faster than traditional talk therapy in transforming stuck patterns of behavior, painful memories and negative beliefs about ourselves. I also practice from an anti-oppressive lens, as I believe that living in a violent and unjust world takes a toll on our mind, body, and spirit.

A little about me: I am a white, cisgender, queer, anti-Zionist, Jewish, neurodivergent woman who enjoys crafts, climbing, cats, and dogs. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in the research realm studying LGBTQ+ mental health and relationships. I look forward to potentially supporting you on your journey. If it seems like I might be a good fit, please reach out through the contact form.
